First lot for you today is a pretty fixer upper, but it's incredibly charming, spacious, and in a lovely Norfolk setting. Well worth a look for those owner occupiers up for the challenge of a project property. Having initially started as a much smaller Victorian home at it's core, this property has had extension on both sides done in the years since, though you really wouldn't know at a glance!

It certainly gives the first impression that it has always been a large 4 bedroom family home, and I love that shade of green which fits so well in this lovely part woodland plot! It's a pity we don't

Another staggeringly successful CPBigwood auction as property prices hit fresh peaks.

Jonathan Hackett, partner and head of auctions, said: “It was a remarkable auction. Just fantastic.

“Guide prices were being smashed left, right and centre. Bidding was hot.”

Before this year, CPBigwood's previous record auction took place in February 2014 which raised just over £13 million. All three

Have you ever considered living on a boat? (Kind of ironic given the kind of weather we are experiencing today!).

Ok, so this one may perhaps not be for everyone... but I know there are people who would jump at the chance of such an unusual home on the water! So, to all you folks out there nodding in agreement, this one is for you :-)

What I have for you today is a static boat that's situated in a popular marina in Nottingham. It's well cared for by the current owner, has been lived in for several years, and kept in good working order throughout. The exterior looks great, boasting upvc double

Auction House London is holding a private auction with four lots on Monday 13 July ahead of its main auction mirroring the Australian auction system where properties are sold on site or nearby as they come onto the market.

Auction House London director, Jamie Royston said, “In this case this was the best option for the owner who is selling the four commercial and residential properties in Queensbridge Road, Hackney. This method is similar to the Australian idea and with the increasing popularity of selling by auction we are able to be more flexible on how and when we auction property.”
