I have a few interesting ones for you today. A real mixed bunch, but each is special in its own way...

Firstly we'll head for Lincolnshire where there's a fantastic three bedroom chapel conversion on offer.

With such a bold red brick appearance, this property will be one of the most eye catching in this wonderful village setting. In fact this one is so attractive that I just had to know more, and was pleasantly surprised to discover that unlike the catalogue(with only two exterior images on show), the auctioneer's website had considerably more images available which display a wide range of

A mixed catalogue of farmland, building plots and renovation projects created great interest from both home and abroad at Symonds & Sampson’s latest property auction held in Sherborne.

Auctioneer Mark Lewis said “We were inundated with viewings and enquiries for all of the lots and the profile of the interested people was quite varied. Right, first we're off to North Lincolnshire for a quick look at a gorgeous four bedroom former farmhouse. While this one has been described by the auction house as "requiring further modernisation and improvement", it's actually got a ton more good points than bad in the images. Stunning features galore! There is an amazing wooden floor in there for example, and in the adjoining kitchen area there's some equally attractive wood in those well cared for ceiling beams.

It's not all picture perfect mind you, as there is definitely scope to bring things further up to date, with that tired looking
