So this is what we have been busy producing during Lockdown, and we hope that you like it! 

The content and navigation of the website has pretty much remained the same. The most obvious changes are the colour scheme, logo change and layout, however we have also introduced more functionality and some additional services, including for Members - daily or weekly Property Alerts and thumbnail catalogues!

In terms of the Search, you can now select multiple counties and property types, and the price range has been changed to a slider.  If you decide to Register (our subscription prices remain the same as always), then you can view the full address, description and auctioneer contact details, google map and streetview location, plus the auctioneer's catalogue if one is available.  As well as the forementioned NEW Property Alerts, there's also the added bonus of the Auction Calendar and Auctioneer Directory (which contains the contact details, website address, etc of all the active auctioneers in the UK).

You can also request a valuation of your land or property through our Property Enquiry Form.  We partner with some of the best performing auctioneers in the UK, and they'd be happy to guide you through the auction process and hopefully sell your property in one of their auctions!

A quick reminder that due to the postponement of quite a high number of auctions due to the pandemic, there will not be as many auction lots as usual listed on our website - only those who have moved to an online platform; however we hope that in-room auction sales will return to normal in the not too distant future.
