They are among 135 lots listed in the latest auction being held by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.

An end-terrace house in Porthia Road, St Ives, has a freehold guide price of £205,000 plus.

It has two bedrooms and good size gardens to the front and rear. It is being auctioned in arrangement with Marshall’s Estate Agents of Penzance.

In nearby Porthia Close, another two-bedroom house is also going under the gavel. It has a freehold guide of £200,000 plus.  It is being auctioned in arrangement with MAP Estate Agents of Redruth.
