Fancy a new life by the sea? The sale of a farmhouse, holiday cottage and campsite on the coast of North Wales has been described as “an exciting business opportunity” by auctioneers.

Ynyshir Farm Campsite, Picton Road, Picton, Holywell is due to be sold by SDL Auctions North West with a *guide price of £1.5-£2 million at the AJ Bell Stadium, Manchester, on Wednesday 7th August.

And the company’s head of auctions North West, Andy Thompson, can’t wait to see it go under the hammer.

And it could be a lucrative business, too, with the combined annual rent from the holiday cottage, campsite and grazing land being circa £120,000.

The focal point of the 26-acre plot is a stone-built farmhouse which is approached via long sweeping driveway culminating in an extensive parking area with breathtaking sea views. The house has three reception rooms, a fitted kitchen, WC and shower room, four bedrooms and family bathroom. Outside there are lawned gardens.
