Liverpool’s new £16million signing from AC Milan has been on the hunt for property since his return, and has reportedly chosen a rural area north of the city as his new base.

The Italian is said to have settled on this £4.7m five bedroom mansion located in Cheshire, complete with all the essentials for a multi-millionaire footballer.

The luxury mansion, christened “Steppingstone”,also boasts a helipad, an indoor spa pool and a seven-a-side football pitch in the front garden.
