Network Auctions has announced its September auction catalogue, the firm’s largest so far this year, which includes lots from all corners of the UK. The September auction will also contain the highest ever number of lots contributed directly by the Network Auctions 50 agent partner network. Highlights of the catalogue so far include Pinner, a prime town centre freehold commercial investment guided at £625,000, a number of vacant freehold public houses and some alternative investment opportunities including lifetime reversions and freehold ground rents. Bidding at a Network Auctions event can now be done in the room, by telephone, by proxy and online as all auctions are now streamed live on the firm’s website. The September auction will be held at the Cumberland Hotel at Marble Arch, London at 2pm on Wednesday September 10th.
