Parcels of freehold land in Exeter are being offered together at auction with a nil reserve price. (WED MAY 1)

The collection of land and verges are in the Linnett Close and Plassey Close area to the south of Stoke Valley Road.

Of varying shapes and sizes, they are among 149 lots listed in the latest auction being held by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.

Senior Auction Appraiser Audrey Smith said: “There are a variety of plots including some which may have potential for some form of use, subject to the necessary consents.

“Occasionally we place a nil reserve on lots and let the market dictate the price. Generally, we find that land of this type in residential locations tends to prove popular at auction.”
