The two-bedroom terrace in Pinhoe Road is among 145 lots listed in the latest auction being held by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.

Senior Auction Appraiser Audrey Smith said: “This spacious bay-fronted property is expected to draw keen interest at auction.

“It is located within easy access of the city centre, university and the M5 so will appeal to a number of potential owners.

“There is also potential for extending the property to the rear and into the roof space, subject to all of the necessary consents.”
