CPBigwood shortlisted for top property award

Property agents CPBigwood have for the second year running been shortlisted for Residential Auction House of The Year in The Negotiator Awards.

Winners will be announced at a glittering prize giving ceremony on Tuesday, November 4, at the London Hilton on Park Lane and hosted by Alexander Armstrong, comedian, actor and presenter of TV's Pointless programme.

CPBigwood has one of the largest property auction houses outside London and is firmly established in the top ten national auction houses in the UK.

Last year the cumulative figure for 2013 came in at £51,082,200, with 604 lots offered against 2012’s £47 million on 570 lots. So far this year £43 million has been raised and with two auctions to go sales are on track to break £60 million, a 20 per cent increase.

The firm has been expanding fast and now has offices in Birmingham, Stratford-upon-Avon, Henley-in-Arden, Loughborough, Southampton and London.

The competition is itself growing, with over 350 entries this year, making it the biggest year for the Awards ever.

It also marks the introduction of Regional Awards, with representatives from every corner of the UK going for glory and recognition of excellence in their areas.
