Two holiday apartments on the same Noth Devon leisure resort are coming up for auction this month as investment opportunities.

They are among 149 lots listed in the latest auction being held by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.

Both are on the Westbeach Resort Holiday Park Resort, Bath Hotel Road, Westward Ho!.
