Eighteen garages set for Clive Emson Auctioneers sale

Three blocks of lock-up garages in a residential part of Frome are available separately at Clive Emson' next auction. (WED FEB 7)

The terraces are located in the Feltham Drive area. Two sets, off Stonewall Terrace, each have five garages and freehold guide prices of £24,000.

The third, located off Southfields, has eight garages and a freehold guide of £42,000.

Senior auction appraiser Audrey Smith said: “These blocks are located in a popular residential area on the outskirts of Frome.

“They are likely to be of interest to investors for rental, to local residents or for private use, although others may see different potential uses, subject to all the necessary planning consents.”
