Council to auction off two £1 million office buildings

They are among 149 lots in the latest auction being held by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers, which ends on Wednesday 13 December.

All offered under instructions from Eastbourne Borough Council, the three properties could generate north £2.17 million if all are sold.

Council to auction off £1 million garages

Eastbourne Borough Council is looking to raise more than £1 million by auctioning off almost 100 garages on seven sites across the town.

They are among 149 lots in the latest auction being held by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.

The 99 garages are listed as seven lots of varying sizes with freehold guide prices ranging from £75,000 to £230,000 at the firm’s auction which ends on Wednesday 13 December.

Some are vacant and others are let and being offered as an investment chance. The combined upper freehold guide price for the lots is £1.135 million.

The lots include:

The land, off Church Street, is among 149 lots in the latest auction being held by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.

It is listed with a freehold guide price of £400,000 to £410,000 at the firm’s auction which ends on Wednesday 13 December.
