A four-bedroom detached house in Magaheracorran, County Donegal will be auctioned with a reserve price of just £12,350 (€15,000).

The average price of a home in Ireland is currently £145,177.

The bargain house includes a front and rear garden and the house itself measures just under 1,800 sq feet.

The house, which is currently vacant, is located between Letterkenny and Ballybofey, and will be auctioned at the RDS, in Dublin, on May 2.

It is 10.2 miles from Letterkenny town centre and 21 miles from the centre of Donegal town.
