Where in the UK are our Future Auction HOT PICKS today?

Right, we've got a couple of Scottish ones to take a look at today...

Firstly we are off to look at an unusual opportunity. Set to the stunning backdrop of the Scottish Highlands, this is a holiday park that provides both an amazing place to work, and also a fantastic place to call home.

It's not every day an offer like this comes along, so it is well worth taking a closer look. Fortunately, this holiday park isn't so big as to be beyond someone less experienced that is looking to get into the business. So, for those of you fancying trying your hand at running your own holiday park, lets take a closer look and see what this one has to offer...

Set in 14 acres of land, there's a two bedroom owners bungalow on site, and 85 pitches. At the moment there's 10 privately owned static caravans, and the remaining 75 pitches are allocated to touring/motor homes. Other facilities in the holiday park include a newly upgraded toilet/shower block (heated), a refurbished lounge/bar and the offices/reception. Apparently the surrounding area has plenty of facilities, amenities, and activities... making this a rather desirable place to visit for a holiday.

Overall, there's everything you need on hand here, with a great setup already in place. Whether you have previous experience or are new to the holiday park scene, this is a fine size of property with great potential as a business opportunity. The biggest asset of all are the incredible surroundings, which will attract plenty of interest in those pitches. This is a fantastic opportunity :-)

Now, remaining in sunny Scotland it's over to Aberdeenshire next, where there's a very unusual property on offer. If you have ever dreamed of living in a mansion, then here is the chance to do so without needing to become rich and famous first!

This property is a four bedroom conversion that has been created in one tower of a stunning A-listed mansion. Each of the four towers have been transformed into individual dwelling homes, with the central part converted into luxury apartments. This particular portion of the mansion is to the North side, is set across four floors, and wraps itself around the tower staircase.

So, lets have a closer look at what's on offer inside the property. With all the living and functional areas contained across the ground and first floors, the second floor has been entirely given to the master bedroom. With the layout of the top floor laid out to include three double bedrooms and a family bathroom... it only goes to emphasise just how enormous that master bedroom must be!!

Those windows will look out onto some spectacular views from that height, and from what we can see in the images, all rooms boast some stunning wooden panelling, unique features, and bright rooms with very high ceilings. It's a jaw dropping interior that truly reflects the striking exterior of the mansion. One of the boldest features of all is the fireplace we are shown in the catalogue. That large stone surround with plaque is wonderful, and I love the wood burning stove it contains. What a lovely cosy feel it must bring to such large rooms in the colder evenings.

This is very much a rare property to come by. You will not often see something like this for sale, and especially for such a reasonable price. It will not surprise me in the slightest to see a few people fighting it out in the auction when it's under the hammer. What an amazing place to live! :-)
