What auction hot picks do we have today?

First one's a rather nice 3 bed for modernisation in wonderful Wiltshire. Lots of extras with this one... a large barn/workshop, an annex, parking, garage, garden... you're getting a lot for your money with this one

This quirky lot really caught my eye... not often your amenity land comes with its own feature lake with bridge! Possibility of use as a fishing lake perhaps? Also perhaps suitable for conservation use...so, if you're looking in Wiltshire, then this half acre could make an interesting conservation project.

Pink house anyone? This one is a Grade II listed property in need of some tlc. With all those period features such as the sash windows and fireplaces, this one will be a good one for owner occupiers seeking a project property. I'm not usually one for pink myself, but even I can see how appealing this property is. It will be a fab family home with a little effort :-)

Here's one for the builders, developers, and investors out there.... two Grade II listed properties with planning granted for conversion from offices into 6 x one bedroom flats. Also comes with 13 parking spaces. The windows are really lovely in this one, and so big that it should be light and bright in there. Not only should there be a nice return on completion for whoever does the conversion itself, it would also very much be worth consideration as a property to retain and gain income from through letting.

They are going to be great flats, in central location, and having those parking spaces to the rear is a fantastic bonus given that 2 could be made available to each of the 6 flats on completion. Those parking spaces will be a big selling point, especially located so near to the centre of town where parking is often scarce and you'd be fortunate to find a flat granting you a single space let alone two! So whether  this one goes on to become a letting property, or the flats are instead sold off to owner occupiers, this one will be a highly desirable place to live once converted :-)
