So on to my next auction lot. You may have noticed I'm rather partial to the unique and quirky properties, and this next one certainly fits the bill. Here is a property that has character by the bucketload! I hear there's parquet flooring in the entrance hall, something I'm always pleased about, and that's before taking in the rooms themselves. The stonework of that feature fireplace in the livingroom is fab! Can't ignore the wonderful beam on show in the image as well, and together they give the room a great atmosphere.
