Sunny monday morning auction HOT PICKS!

Hope you all had a fab weekend and enjoying this sunny monday morning!

So, whilst lazing in the garden this weekend, I've been perusing our database and have some awesome hot picks for you!

The first one I've got for you today is a piece of history in Hull. This former theatre was bombed and part destroyed during the Blitz in 1941! It's been in a ruined state ever since, and the building is Grade II listed, ensuring that the iconic facade remains when this one gets a new lease of life. Clearly one for redevelopment, at present it has not got planning granted yet, but there has been planning submitted for a change of use of the site to an al fresco dining and seating area for the adjoining public house. A real curiosity that will draw a lot of interest throughout it's journey of revival :-)

Rather a striking exterior on this attractive 2 bed cottage. Even more striking are the images of the inside, with an amazing visual combination in the kitchen from what appears to be slate flooring (may or may not actually be slate tiles, but it looks good regardless!), white cabinets with dark counter, and an eye catching checked pattern of black and white tiles on parts of the walls. The living room appears light, bright and airy, with a fab open plan aspect going on with that staircase.

At such a reasonable price you may be wondering where the catch is? Well the property requires attention given to some rising and penetrating damp, but is otherwise very well maintained and ready to walk right into as soon as that damp is sorted out. This is a really nice property that will make a fantastic family home in East Yorkshire, and will be appealing to both investors and owner occupiers alike.

My final lot for today is this 14 letting room former guesthouse with owners accommodation, located in the seaside town of Scarborough. This one is quite a substantial property. It is an ideal business opportunity that's ready for someone to walk in and continue to run it as a gueethouse. Alternatively there may be potential for conversion into a single very large family home, or for dividing up into multiple smaller residential units, subject to planning. Plenty of potential with this one, and what a fab exterior! :-)

So, it looks like the fine county of Yorkshire has much to offer this month, and these are just a few which caught my eye - plenty more here and all across the UK, with lots more being added to our database this week - new catalogues being released with properties in London, Hampshire, Wales and Scotland!
