So, whilst lazing in the garden this weekend, I've been perusing our database and have some awesome hot picks for you!

The first one I've got for you today is a piece of history in Hull. This former theatre was bombed and part destroyed during the Blitz in 1941! It's been in a ruined state ever since, and the building is Grade II listed, ensuring that the iconic facade remains when this one gets a new lease of life. Clearly one for redevelopment, at present it has not got planning granted yet, but there has been planning submitted for a change of use of the site to an al fresco dining and seating area for the adjoining public house. A real curiosity that will draw a lot of interest throughout it's journey of revival :-)

Rather a striking exterior on this attractive 2 bed cottage. Even more striking are the images of the inside, with an amazing visual combination in the kitchen from what appears to be slate flooring (may or may not actually be slate tiles, but it looks good regardless!), white cabinets with dark counter, and an eye catching checked pattern of black and white tiles on parts of the walls. At such a reasonable price you may be wondering where the catch is? Plenty of potential with this one, and what a fab exterior! :-)
