A prominent and substantial building on Derby’s Market Place is set to go under the hammer this month with SDL Graham Penny with a *guide price of £650,000+.

The three storey property at 7 Market Place in Derby is the former NatWest bank premises comprises a basement, ground, first and second floor including a large former banking hall and is going under the hammer at Pride Park Stadium on Friday 24th February.
