A historic windmill at Torbay's highest viewpoint is for auction later this month with a guide price of £125,000.

The Grade II listed Fernicombe Windmill at Paignton has planning permission for adjoining residential accommodation, linked by a bridge, and the auctioneers say it could be a 'Grand Designs' style development with a 'Wow' factor.

There was controversy last year about a planning application to build two new houses at the adjoining Windmill Cottages.
