Future Auctions - our weekend property hot picks!

First one for you today is rather unique... a Grade II Listed former chapel in Llanelli that is now being used as a house, and wow that stone exterior is very smart! The windows are gorgeous in both shape and design, and the stained glass window shown in one of the images has a very pretty flower design :-)

Now, the images aren't very high resolution and you do need to use a little imagination with regards the finer details, but even so, that interior is very striking and has an incredible open plan layout! I love the way the main area has been used, and given how dark and striking the inner roof is, that large space from ground floor upwards not only prevents that dark roof from effectively shrinking the room, it also allows seeing the stained glass in all its glory as uninterrupted light pours in to brighten up this large but wonderful room.

There are many original features retained in this property, and it boasts two living areas in addition to mezzanine, gallery, and first floor area. There is a lot of property for your money here, and given that it's in need of modernisation now, this is a perfect project property for the owner occupier seeking a quirky place to make their own :-)  You need to be quick though, as this beauty is under the hammer on Tuesday!

For the next one we're heading for Hampshire where a very unique opportunity awaits in the South Downs National Park... now, this one's a pretty big development opportunity, and while I'm sure there are a few owner occupiers up to the task, this one may possibly draw most attention from builders and those with experience of a larger conversion. Yup, this one is offering a total of 4200sq ft of accommodation and it's going to be amazing when complete!

Now, the planning permission is for conversion from agricultural buildings, and this incredible home will boast a 2800sq ft character home from conversion of the main barn, in addition to developing barn B into 2 bed annexe accommodation, and barn C becoming office facilities. Then we have barn D which has been pegged for use as stables, complimenting the 6.5 acres of paddock/grazing land that is also included in the sale.

Set in an area of outstanding beauty, and with stunning views over the surrounding countryside, this is going to be an amazing property of truly epic proportions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone willing to take on the scale of the work involved, so as to benefit from the wonderful property this will become :-)

Don't delay - auction next Thursday!

And finally, it's back to Wales again... to Anglesey this time :-)

This charming character cottage really caught my eye, and I'm hoping that you will be equally enticed by this lovely property with it's breathtaking views. Thanks to the elevated position, this property really does make the most of those superb coastal views.

It's a pretty property which has been extended in the past, now benefiting from 2 bedrooms plus a 3rd Crogloft room. We haven't been shown much of the interior, but I do like what we have been given. That stone fire surround is gorgeous, as is the wood burning stove. It also appears more spacious than the exterior would have you believe. We love this pretty little cottage with it's incredible setting, and are in no doubts that come auction day there will be a few interested in this one...

Another for auction on Thursday so if you're interested, make sure you call the auctioneer on Monday to arrange a viewing ASAP!

(Legal packs as usual available directly from the auctioneer).

That's me signing off for the rest of the weekend now.  Have a lovely one and catch up soon.
