First one for you today is rather unique... a Grade II Listed former chapel in Llanelli that is now being used as a house, and wow that stone exterior is very smart! It's a pretty property which has been extended in the past, now benefiting from 2 bedrooms plus a 3rd Crogloft room. We haven't been shown much of the interior, but I do like what we have been given.
