Britain's 'most unusual' house for auction
Britain's 'most unusual' property is up for sale - and it has a very unique selling point.
The quirky triangular-shaped end of terrace house in Penygraig in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales, is for sale by auction with a starting guide price of £10,000.
The house narrows to a point at the back to make what is thought to be the UK's only perfect triangle property, reports WalesOnline.
Auction manager at Darlows, Stephen Morgan, says: "It is without doubt the most unusual property I have ever sold.
"It needs modernising but once done would be a good property investment, or ideal for a first time buyer."
The triangle house is for sale with Darlow Auctions on Wednesday 17th February at 5.00pm at the Conference Centre in Nantgarw.
So don't be SQUARE, be there!
