A three-bedroomed, semi-detached house at 273 Stafford Road (pictured below), in Wolverhampton comes with a guide price* of just £30,000+, but the new owners will need DIY skills and an appetite for hard work, as it needs extensive improvements.

Less effort will be needed for the new owners of another three-bedroomed semi, this time at 25 Sussex Avenue, in Wednesbury, as it’s in a tidy condition despite a guide price of just £50,000+.
