Over in Alveston, Derby is a two-bedroomed, mid-terraced house at 12 Southwood Street (pictured) with a guide price of just £19,000 to £24,000.

 

With two reception rooms and a kitchen downstairs, the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and a garden to the rear, the property is fitted with double glazing.
