The former Canning Circus Police Station, located on Derby Road just minutes from Nottingham city centre, already has full planning permission to create eight luxury residential units with a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.

With an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of £3 million and a guide price of £550,000 plus fees, the lot could provide a dream purchase for any property investor.

In addition to the planned apartments, the third and fourth floors of the property include large terraces providing stunning views overlooking The Park as well as seven car parking spaces beneath the building.

Andrew Parker, Managing Director, and Auctioneer at SDL Property Auctions said:

“It’s rare to see a property in such a prime location in Nottingham come to auction and we expect interest to be high given its proximity to the city centre and the history of the building itself"

“It will be exciting to see the apartments come to fruition once a buyer is confirmed - based on the views from some of the building’s larger terrace areas, the new units will provide enviable views across The Park and Nottingham.”
