Following the Government's announcement this week, we (Mark Jenkinson Auctioneers) are pleased to provide an update as to our services.

• The safety of our staff and clients remain absolute priority across all areas of our business
• Our office will be operational but closed to the general public
• Viewings of property currently for sale or to let, will be carried out under the strict guidelines outlined below
• Our June and July auctions will be on an online basis and bidders will need to register for individual properties via our website
• Property appraisals, surveys and valuations are now being carried out subject to government guidance

SAFE VIEWING OF PROPERTIES CURRENTLY FOR SALE OR TO LET

It is essential that precautions are taken to ensure social distancing guidelines and we ask that all parties exercise care when arranging to view properties currently for sale or to let. Consideration should be given to the most recent government guidelines in respect of social distancing.

• There will be no open viewings on auction properties for the foreseeable future and instead, individual viewings will take place by arrangement.
• Interested parties are encouraged to consider photos and other information on the website before deciding to arrange an internal viewing
• No more than two people from the same household should attend at one time
• Individuals are recommended to take all reasonable precautions including gloves and a face covering. Do not attend if unwell
• Access will be arranged on an individual basis with a maximum of 15 minutes per visit
• Doors will be opened and the attending surveyor will remain at a distance
• It is advised to avoid internal surfaces and door handles
• Hand sanitiser should be used before and after the viewing
• The printed auction catalogue and legal documents will remain on line only
