Differing opinions can fuel demand at Acuitus 21st May auction

Differences of opinion caused by the current pandemic disruption are creating opportunities for both buyers and sellers in the UK commercial property market.

With a growing number of property owners now looking to liquidate assets in order to hold larger cash reserves, Acuitus are likely to see new sources of investments feeding into their auction. This will provide new opportunities for buyers who may have previously found it difficult to access the sector owing to a mismatch between demand and supply.

Acuitus Chairman, Richard Auterac, comments: “We are very excited about our forthcoming live streamed auction on May 21st. From both sides of the buying and selling equation, there is a very real desire to access the market and achieve the new strategic objectives which have been shaped by the impact of the pandemic.

“With the unrivalled service we provide to sellers and buyers together with our extensive market reach, Acuitus is ideally positioned to help investors move quickly to meet their rapidly evolving  needs.”

Acuitus are now taking entries for our 21st May auction which will offer online, telephone and proxy bidding.
