With staycations the byword for sunseekers this year, competitive bidding is expected for a detached holiday lodge in Cornwall at the next Bond Wolfe Auctions’ online auction on Wednesday 31 March.
The three-bedroomed property at number 20 within the popular at St Tudy, near Bodmin, has an attractive guide price* of £39,000+.
Ron Darlington, consultant director at Bond Wolfe Auctions, said: “We’re expecting huge interest in this full furnished holiday lodge, which comes with a long leasehold.
“Not only does it have its own patio and hot tub, there is also fishing, golf, tennis, a swimming pool and sauna, a games and entertainment lounge, restaurant and pizzeria all available on the 35-acre park.”
The Hengar Manor country park is close to Cornwall’s beautiful coastline, an example being Polzeath beach, one of the most popular resorts in the area, which is just 13 miles and a 35-minute drive away.
The lodge itself has an open plan living room and kitchen, shower room and toilet and bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor, with another two bedrooms and storage area upstairs.
Mr Darlington added: “This is a great example of the expanding range of properties we have at our auctions, which now cover everywhere from Cornwall to Northumberland and with guide prices ranging from £nil to £850,000.”
