Bond Wolfe, the fast-expanding commercial estate agent and property auctioneer, has struck gold in a national property awards programme.

 

The Midlands-based company has received a ‘Gold’ award for sales in the EA Masters 2021/22 Best Estate Agent Guide, organised by the Property Academy and sponsored by Rightmove, one of the UK’s leading property portal websites.

 

Judges analysed all the UK’s 15,000-plus estate agents using more than three billion data points, one million listings, 30,000 survey responses and 2,887 web enquiries, with Bond Wolfe’s sales performance resulting in its award.

 

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said: “We are delighted to have won a ‘Gold’ award in the EA Masters.

 

“The ‘Gold’ award is only presented to the top five per cent of agents across the UK, and we are the only auctioneers in the Midlands to have achieved this standard.

 

“This success reflects the way our detailed hybrid operations work, with ongoing property sales through our commercial agency wing of the company and popular auctions that we hold at least seven times a year.”

 

The EA Masters Best Estate Agent Guide is a website which provides an independent reference source for sellers and landlords, who can search for the best sales and lettings agencies in their areas.

 

There are approximately one million properties listed on Rightmove, for sale or to let, at any point in time, with the performance of every listing analysed over a six-month period as the first part of the assessment.

 

The next step is to collate the scores and identify the shortlist of around 2,500 agencies, with every branch of these agencies listed in the Best Estate Agent Guide.

 

All these agencies then go through to the next round of the assessment – a mystery shop and website assessment to identify the gold award winners.
