Auction To Bring Festive Cheer To North West Bidders

2018 has seen strong auction activity for leading North West auction house Sutton Kersh, with an end of year sales hitting a whopping £50m - and still rising!

Continuing to smash national statistics, this news comes on the eve of their most recent auction, in which 6.5m worth of properties were sold in the packed auction room; many of which being over their guide price. The auction continued to offer a huge selection of lots, with over 115 available on the day.

Commenting on the auction's success, Managing Director, James Kersh, said: "I'm thrilled to see such a fantastic end to the year, despite the inevitable hardships that accompany the uncertainty of Brexit"

"We're continuing to bury local competition with every auction held and are setting the bar for national averages, establishing Liverpool as a rightful property leader."

A series of successful auctions across the year have provided auction attendees with properties from across the country, from luxury Cheshire escapes to intimate city developments over the Scottish borders.

Cathy Holt, Associate Director, said: "We say this a lot, but it’s a huge pleasure to be surrounded with people feel as passionate about properties as we do."

"I think that’s one of the reasons why we're consistently selling over 80% of all advertised properties at auction. People who attend our auctions are often serious bidders who know exactly what they want, we’re able to deliver their perfect properties with the right support."
