Our weekend auction HOT PICKS!

So after a fairly crazy busy week of new catalogue releases, we've a couple of properties in particular to bring to your attention.

The first one is a totally stunning character cottage with original features. Really pretty.  Located in a lovely location in Dorset, this three bedroom property benefits from a gated parking area accessed via a gravelled driveway, steps to raised garden and patio backing onto farmland and garden shed.

You can view the property in our database HERE.

Now, there's nothing really profound to say about the second one. Basically, it’s a 3 room ground floor flat for investment (currently let on an AST) located in Bristol. The reason we like it, is simply because it's really eye catching! A modern and funky coloured block of flats that we like for purely shallow reasons as it’s nice to look at, but retains a quite retro feel at the same time! We assume that the outside aesthetics is a good thing from a landlord's perspective, as if the current tenant moves on it would probably be rather desirable compared to similar properties on offer, and would swiftly find a new tenant :-D

What do you think?  Check it out!

And last one for today.... well... normally we have plenty to say about the more quirky and unique lots, but we have to admit that this one has rendered us speechless!! Take a look for yourself. Not something we see every day! We are wondering who might have the money, access, and intention to buy a loch up there...Holiday home for a fishing enthusiast who wants to stay in a really isolated location to avoid the wife/partner? (LOL).

It’s a bit out of the way for any major income from using jetty/land for some kind of water activity business stc. It is spectacularly pretty though and having some fishing rights, it might appeal to someone who isn't 'local' as a truly rural escape.  Look forward to seeing how the bidding goes on this one at the end of the month.

Right, happy rest of Sunday to you all. GP about to start on TV!
