London’s own ‘Playboy mansion’ is up for sale

A unique residences in London has been put up for sale by a famous fraudster who needs to pay his legal bills. This six storey town house is now to be sold for an anticipated £30 million price tag.

Edward Davenport, known in the press as ‘Fast Eddie’, has put 33 Portland Place on the market in order to meet his legal bills and a rather hefty confiscation order.

As well as being the setting for The King’s Speech,  Amy Winehouse filmed the video for her hit single Rehab in the mansion and Kate Moss starred in a raunchy Agent Provocateur ad there.

Although the price may seem eye-watering to most, the chances to buy a complete London mansion like this don't come along often, where even tiny studio flats can sell for upward of half a million.
