Fancy any of these auction beauties?

First one for you today is a really nice 3 bed chalet bungalow set in lovely mature gardens, located in Hampshire. While there's some refurbishment required, this one is the perfect project property for a keen DIY-er, and the property certainly looks to need very little, if anything, done outside at all. The conservatory is a cracker! It's really big and looks out over across that really pretty and 90' long garden.

Taking into consideration the double garage, driveway, etc as well... this one's got lots of potential, and is really not needing very much done to it. Also, as you can see from the images of the interior, it's quite a the blank canvas for someone to put their own personal stamp on due to the fairly neutral decor. We have to admit though, the team at ukal are quite taken with that attractive blue themed bathroom with its pretty little mosaic tiles. While this one will obviously appeal to the investor looking to refurbish and sell on again, we really feel this one will in particular draw the attention of keen owner occupiers seeking a blank canvas project property with great potential :-)

Wow, this next property in Cornwall, has one of the most stunning interiors I think I've ever seen either on or offline. Check out the gorgeous images of the inside of the property to see for yourself! It's a former fisherman's cottage, that's now a 4 gold star rated, grade II listed, and has been used as a holiday let investment. It's sold subject to onward bookings, and comes with amazing views of the harbour. A real gem of a property, and looks better than even most show-homes. Someone had a good eye when they refurbished this property, and it shows in such high standards when dressing the rooms.

Clearly it's going to be a good earner continuing as a holiday let. While it may end up in the hands of a seasoned holiday let investor, there's something so delightfully bright, light and airy about this place, that it would also make an excellent holiday home for an owner occupier looking to perhaps earn money from holiday letting part time while making use of it themselves as well when it's free...  or perhaps they may fulfil those onward bookings with a view to keeping it for themselves beyond that point, but whatever way you look at it, there's definitely potential there for both investors and owner occupiers alike.

Our third and final auction hot pick isn't a property at all... this one is a walled garden in a Derbyshire village setting. Would love this one myself, being ideal as an area for relaxing and reflecting if retained as a garden, or my personal favourite suggestion would be to create an allotment in this well situated patch of level amenity land.

This one will definitely be of most interest to the locals, who may not have much of a garden with their home, or possibly wish they had more space to add to the garden they have. It's a nice little patch of land, and will look wonderful with a little green fingered tlc!
